Edit audio tags (MP3 metadata)
Change the title, artist, album, year, genre, track number and cover art of MP3, M4A, FLAC or OGG files, without re-encoding.
Drop an audio file
or drop it here, or paste. Up to 500 MB per file.
Works with MP3, M4A, MP4, MOV, OGG, Opus, FLAC, WAV, AAC, WebM, MKA, MKV files.
Runs in your browser. Your files are not uploaded.
Formats: the format list shows only what this browser can encode. MP3 and FLAC use an encoder that downloads the first time you choose them. M4A (AAC) is not available in every Firefox version.
Memory: audio is decoded in full, about 23 MB per minute of 48 kHz stereo, so long recordings can be slow on phones. Files that would need more than about 1 GB once decoded (about 45 minutes of 48 kHz stereo, or 90 of mono) are refused before decoding.
How to use Edit audio tags (MP3 metadata)
Drop an MP3, M4A, FLAC or OGG file; other supported containers also work.
Edit the title, artist, album, year, genre and track number.
Add, replace or remove the cover, if the file type can hold one.
Select Save the tags, then download the file.
