Tick Reverse the order of the second file if the back sides were scanned last page first.

The result takes a page from the first file, then one from the second, and so on. If one file is longer, its leftover pages are added at the end.
Put the front scans in the first file and the back scans in the second. If the backs came out in reverse order, tick Reverse the order of the second file.
